MY Liebour MP Karyn smyth, bristol south is proud of labours proposals (sadly).
I wrote back in disgust and gave her a peice of my mind too (sorry).
She never addressed the pointless WCA interrogation methods designed to stop peoples benefits.
She refuses to explain why the proffessional advice of a persons GP and Hospital medical evidence
isn’t sufficient proof for people unable to work. She refuses to accept the DWP WCA is pointless and
a waste of money.
She just rambled on about liebours new initiatives to get people working with propsed cash insentives
and a safety net for disabled who fall BACK OUT OF WORK because of their disabilities, you cannot
make this crap up, plus new incentives that will remove the reassessments of disabled people if they
can’t work.
I have another regular Zoom meeting at that time. If there is a petition or Open Letter please let me know and any subsequent meetings please inform me.
Kind Regards
bill cocks

Labour Do you have children with disabilities? Do you have a disability? The Dla money that our children get? Doesn’t even come close to how much we spend every month replacing new things sensory safety equipment and the list goes on safe foods die out. Clothing that they rip on daily basis is decorating due to sensory overload raising a child with learning difficulties is not a choice it’s done by Love the money that they get is not enough if you ask me it cost a lot more to bring up a Child, we have learning difficulties maybe you should visit families that have children with disabilities so you get a better understanding on their day-to-day life and how this money helps towards living a normal safe life with their adaptions that are necessary adaption comes with money Where other cut have been Put into place for equipment through the NHS and how much harder it is to access these
The link doesnt work fir the online meeting tonight plz fix. A blue line under it will mean its working. Thx
We def have to sign up to Universal Credit? Even if youve got “indefinately” for ESA?
Too much.
As usual people on disability are treated like second class citizens. They don’t pick.on the rich tax Rogers but on the sick and vulnerable. I expect it from tories but not from labour they should be ashamed.
