DPAC (Disabled People Against Cuts) is organising an event in Manchester to celebrate the Twentieth Anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of Disabled People (CRPD). This is a unique Convention as it is the only UN Human Rights Treaty that has been written by the subjects – Disabled people.

We will also protest outside No. 10 North to highlight the continued attacks by the UK Government over the last 16 years on our rights, living standards, social security, employment, social care, access to inclusive education and inclusion in society as equal citizens.
