Thank you to the many people who contacted us about the Ofgem legal challenge. The case had to be lodged very quickly so the Barristers have asked 2 people to be co-claimants. In both cases not having electricity would be life threatening not just cause massive pain and discomfort. As well as the 2 claimants the witness statement on behalf of DPAC includes further situations which the Barristers felt were best to be used.
Hopefully we have managed to reply to everyone who contacted us but as we were literally swamped by emails apologies if you have been overlooked and we haven’t been in touch with you.
We would also like to use the statements people have sent us anonymised for other campaigning. Please let us know if you do not want your information used in that way.
