[From Detention Action]

Each year, private airlines like HiFly and Iberojet are paid by Priti Patel to carry out dozens of mass deportations, tearing families apart, harming children  and putting people seeking asylum in danger.

Despite public outcry, they’ve carried on profiting from pain. Now, we’re urging their CEOs to meet face-to-face with the families they’ve torn apart, to hear first-hand about the damage their flights inflict.

If these CEOs can see the pain they are causing to British families, maybe they will think twice before taking money from this Government.

Will you put pressure on the CEOs of these elite, private airlines to meet with the families they have harmed?

Yes, I can →

HiFly and Iberojet have flown dozens of people, against their will, to countries including Jamaica, Zimbabwe, and Nigeria.

This year, flights operated by these airlines deported people with family in the UK and inflicted serious emotional trauma on children who were left without a parent. We’ve even seen reports of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder among some of these children.

Earlier this year, HiFly attempted to deport a young man who has lived in the UK since he was a baby. Not only was he due to be deported to a country he knew only as an infant, but he would have been separated from his partner and his six-month old baby.

IberoJet’s flights also threatened to separate families, including a father and his four British children.

We’ve already written to the CEOs of HiFly and Iberojet, asking to meet with us face-to-face.

Will you join us in asking for the CEOs to face the families they’re harmed and agree to end their involvement in these cruel separations?
