[From Care and Support Workers Organise (CaSWO!)]On Tues 22nd Feb we are hosting a meeting on the staffing crisis in social care. We have some great speakers, including Emma Dowling, author of The Care Crisis. And Steve North from Unison who was involved in securing ‘The Salford Offer’, which won a £19m pay rise for care workers across England. As well as others working and organising in the sector and using services.We want to leave plenty of time for discussion and would like to invite as many perspectives as possible to join the conversation.
