Manchester DPAC Mobile Video Screen will be on the move around Manchester showing disabled people’s video testimonies of the appalling impact of austerity cuts and the impact of the pandemic on their lives to delegates while Chancellor Rishi Sunak gives an important speech to the Tory Party Conference.
