As you will know by now, we lost the case in court today.
This is not the end. We are carrying on the fight.
It just makes us even more determined to win this.

If I read the judgement right it would appear that it rests on the Impact assessment which supposedly the Government compiled, as this been seen by anyone outwith the Government and if so can it be published
