Please save disabled peoples’ jobs by signing the petition to save Remploy factories and leave comments. The Sayce report said factories could be managed by workers, but did not set out any usable plan for this.
We believe that Remploy factories have been made into loss making enterprises through a combination of bad higher non-disabled management decisions and other factors – not because of the skills or talents of those disabled people employed at Remploy.
Let disabled people and their unions lead the factories toward economic sustainability, rather than allowing more disabled people to become unemployed and at the mercy of current punitive rules imposed on disabled people by this government.
