  1. I love some of these suggestions, and as amusing as they may be shall we get back to a factual look at Atos. Despite what the management believe, they are not above the laws. The legal threats are, as some describe, bully tactics. So I wonder if we stopped posting parodies of the company logo, and actually started publishing ‘factual’ information about the company it may be harder for them to argue.

E.g. Rather than the phrase “atos kills” keep it factual, “X felt the need to end their life, this followed an assesment by atos”, then pose it as a question “… whilst we are not saying that atos kills, do YOU (the reader) feel that atos is at least in part responsible”?

Like all bullies, the management of the group will employ ‘bully’ tactics rather than answer their critics. I would also hold the government to account on the use of atos, considering the service they supply is not without fault, and if they are in a position to not pay tax in the UK, would this money be better spent where the returns will also contribute back to UK tax coffers?

i would also ask if anyone has looked at how atos bully their own staff who don’t share the views of management. a couple of examples spring to mind there. I think atos need to realise there is competition in the labor market and they are not the only employer in town. with all their eggs in the ‘government’ contracts basket (well, a lot of them!) lets hope the government doesn’t but back… for the sake of atos!
