I have been to a/ work capability assessment with my son he has been turned down his ESA no payments since august what are we supposed to do . I’d love to see this government try and manage on 1benefit. No chance they are just so heartless . people are taking their own lives because of the way this government are treating them . nearly everyone has a mental health problem some more severe than most and couldn’t hold a job down but it seems the worstvyou are the worst you are treated these people are already low in mood and despondent with having no Money to buy food and clothes and basic warmth . yet the Tories seem tonenjoy treating the very vulnerable in society like the Nazis treated the jews
My wife has just had her pip higher rate care taken away just because shes trying to get back to work. AND NOW SHE WILL NOT BEEligible TO WORK AND IT LOOKS Like she will get very ill again and end up in hospital.she spent 10 years in hospital. That’s what you get for trying. Stop thees. There to take money of the disabled not and the people with a mentalillness. This Evil tory government must be stopped one way or a nother please god help us people or being murdered by thees evil please anyone can end up disabled and with a mentalillness.
I was genuinly appauled to note that the Scottish Government has relented in not intervening in cases of Sanctions by the dwp in Scotland. According to John, these Sanctions are illegal under the human rights act. Yet nothing is being done about this. Again the Tory government has ensured people can’t access legal council to fight these illegal sanctions. Too many vulnerable people have taken their own lives because of the uncaring officials in the dwp. While one death is one too many. Many deaths have gone unrecorded because of this vile Tory government. I hope the ~Scottish government realise that they have the power to change this and save lives not continue to condone these illegal actions by the dwp.

A big thank you to John McArdle for this speech to the Scottish Parliament on behalf of disabled people all over the UK, this needs to be seen and heard by everyone with even a passing interest in human rights and dignity. Spot on about Maximus and the other profit motive vultures, that the UK Government have seen fit to bring in to disability “testing”.
No mention of the turmoil caused by missed DWP payments while PIP assessments are being considered, without any notification or warning payments can be stopped causing considerable stress & worry.
