Has your town or city centre been changed due to the Coronavirus and has this limited or affected your ability to access it in any way?
This might be due to floating bus stops or measures to make more space for tables or bikes which make it unsafe for wheelchair users and those with a visual impairment.
Blue badge spaces may have been suspended or permanently lost.
You may no longer be able to park close enough to shops or essential services or may have been forced to miss an appointment or event.
If such changes have been detrimental to you please email us details of the problem you had, the changes and when they were made (if you know), the location/town/area.
