What the form is about
We have set up a form to monitor what is happening up and down the country, so we can present a case to Ministers and the UK Government based on people’s day-to-day experiences, to attempt to influence policy on social care.

Also from Inclusion London on social care and independent living
I am currently conducting some research for Inclusion London on the state of social care and independent living in London. As part of this research I am looking to do some short interviews, either over the phone or via email, with former ILF users based in London who now receive their social care support in part or all from the local authority. We feel that our research will be made a lot better and more rounded by having first hand accounts and case studies about how people feel their support has changed and their ability to live independently.
