i agree fully this government should stop universal credits as this benefit has stopped me from being exempt under visa income rules as the government has stoped our disabled entitlements of disability premiums which used to top our income up just enough to get through the visa income requirement the homeoffice required for a non eu spouse to join a uk born spouse going through the exemption route….now many disabled uk born people are going to be denied the right more so due to their income being less….i am one of those people recently denied a spouse visa yet again because of the government rule changing making it impossible for me to be with my spouse due to me being disabled 🙁
