I have a ESA tribunal wednesday 18th march I had a representative from age UK who was supposed to be representing me, but he was trying to scare me saying, some judges were moving people to tears ,also saying I couldn’t get my transport fees refunded so I am wondering if age UK have a complaints procedure as I may decide to withdraw out out of fear blatant scaremongering will cost me chance of getting my money back.
