- An exciting new Deputy CEO role:
- Managing a small team of people with diverse access needs, delivering services to empower local disabled people
- Supporting the CEO and learning about strategic management
You are:
- Passionate about making a difference
- Ready for a senior level management role
- Highly motivated, with a ‘can-do’ approach to work
You have:
- Personal experience of living with Disability, physical or mental health access needs or neurodivergence
- Experience of managing projects successfully and line managing staff/volunteers to achieve targets
- Excellent people skills, with experience of motivating others and helping them to reach their potential
